CONSTRUCTION INTELLIGENCE / RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

See the work.
Understand
the next move.

Researching how AI, spatial models and construction knowledge can help people understand, plan and coordinate a build.

Spatial planning. Coordinated work. Inspectable evidence.

THE CONSTRUCTION WORLD, CONNECTED

A building is more
than a model.

Construction decisions span drawings, schedules, materials and a physical site. AEDRYX is an R&D effort to connect those records in a real-scale construction twin, so people can examine what a decision means before work advances.

01

Understand the space

Work with parcel boundaries, terrain, building geometry and the room needed to perform the work.

02

Coordinate the work

Connect task dependencies, crew assignments, equipment, material staging and inspection holds.

03

Keep the evidence

Distinguish recorded facts, simulation and unresolved information. Inspect changes in their project context.

01 / SPATIAL INTELLIGENCE

Start with the ground.
Keep the whole build in view.

The research follows parcel and work envelopes through excavation, foundations, framing, enclosure and systems. A shared physical model is intended to make missing supports, blocked openings and inconsistent dimensions easier to find.

02 / WORKFRONT ORCHESTRATION

Every next move
has dependencies.

A task cannot be understood on its own. Our coordination research connects sequence, material availability, crews, logistics, equipment, access and inspection holds, with weather and site constraints recorded where known.

  • Follow task dependencies and work locations
  • Review staging, deliveries and material availability
  • Inspect access, quality and environmental constraints where recorded

03 / THE VISUAL CONSTRUCTION TWIN

Know where the
project stands.

The visual twin is designed to connect the model, site, materials, schedule, workforce, logistics and quality. These are the questions guiding the research; recorded evidence determines which answers are available.

AGENTS + MATERIALS

Who and what is assigned?

Timeline replay shows recorded checkpoints. Missing history stays visible as a gap in evidence.

04 / SYSTEMS INTELLIGENCE

See how the
systems fit.

The one-house experiment examines plumbing, HVAC and electrical routes alongside the structure and enclosure. Inspection views expose recorded paths and relationships; missing connections and unsupported sizing must remain visible as unknowns.

05 / AEDRYX UNIVERSITY

Practice. Inspect.
Learn from the record.

AEDRYX University is the research environment for construction scenarios, agent evaluation and continual validation. The Academy House provides a bounded reference for examining sequencing, geometry, constraints and outcomes—not a claim of certified construction expertise.

SIMULATE

Exercise a scenario

Study construction decisions in a clearly labelled simulation.

VALIDATE

Inspect the result

Review checks, failures and the evidence still required.

REPLAY

Understand the change

Follow recorded checkpoints and compare physical states.

ROADMAP / FUTURE CAPABILITY

A path toward
physical autonomy.

Longer-term research asks how spatial reasoning, payload clearance and task sequencing could support embodied construction agents under human oversight.

Live robotic construction is a future capability. Today’s workspace and simulations do not establish deployed robotic execution.

Future vision · human oversight remains essential
